By using Aistra you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Aistra is

Aistra offers readings based on Vedic and Western astrology, numerology, feng shui and Vaastu, for reflection and entertainment. It does not predict the future with certainty and is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice. Always seek a qualified professional for those matters, and never delay seeking help because of something you read in the app. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a helpline such as Samaritans (116 123 in the UK and Ireland).

The guide

The chat guide is an automated assistant. Its replies are generated from your chart data and may be incomplete or wrong. Use your own judgement, and do not share information you would not want stored in your chat history.

Aistra Pro

• Aistra Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Where a free trial is offered, nothing is charged until it ends. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged for the plan you chose. A free trial is available once per account.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription whenever you like in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• For App Store purchases, Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate details, and add people to your circle only with their permission.
• Do not misuse the app, attempt to break its safeguards, or use it to harm or harass anyone.

Our liability

We provide Aistra as it is and do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app if a change matters. You can stop using Aistra and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or EU you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
